Methods Tutoring with Quan!
Hi all! I'm currently a 3rd-year student at the University of Melbourne studying a Bachelor of Science majoring in (pure) mathematics. I graduated from Suzanne Cory with a Methods study score of 48 and have been tutoring VCE maths for over two years with over 800 hours of experience.
My Goal
I aim to provide the best possible support for students through engaging one-on-one online classes with useful resources and assistance. Classes are structured, but flexible to best suit your needs. Class times are also very flexible so you can schedule according to the times that work best for you.
For only $50/week
I provide weekly one-hour classes for a reasonable $50/hour which doesn't include the free unlimited support and unique resources you also receive out of class! CAS programs for the TI Nspire CAS will be available free for students.
The Tutoring Experience
Tutoring will run on a weekly basis which includes:

A one-hour online class on zoom

A weekly quiz to practice

Access to the whiteboard notes

Unlimited out-of-class help and support via Whatsapp
Classes will cover new content, practice questions, and revision for previous topics. The intention of the weekly quiz is to not only practice the current content but to review past topics on a regular basis. This will help make the concepts stick, making it easier when it comes to exam preparation. Problem sheets custom-made by myself will also be available for each main topic so you can practice challenging problems along the way.
